The Lowell building process begins with the presentation of a complete list of past customers in order to obtain an impartial opinion about our procedures, responsiveness and products.

An initial design and budget meeting follows, including visits to several completed homes to review levels of finish and cost comparisons. Only then do we begin the design process, presented in CAD format for easy review and modification.
