The two models showcased include a ranch home design and a two-story home with a convenient first-floor master suite. The ranch model includes numerous upgrades, including kitchen cabinets, countertops, and custom paint. In addition, the ranch model features and in-home yoga studio, and state of the art theatre room. The 2 story model is finished to standard specs with no upgrades, offering the buyer the opportunity to compare models and evaluate all standard features.

The Villas include: 10’ ceilings and 8’doors on the main level; full basements, many of them walk-out or English-style; fireplaces, two-car attached garages; screened porches; luxurious master suites; guest suites; laundry rooms with expansive windows to let in natural light; large family rooms; studies (some with wet bars); tray ceilings and vaulted ceilings; and kitchens with islands and eating bars.

With 2,108 square feet of living space, the ranch design model home includes two full bedroom suites (one master suite for the homeowners and the other for guests.)
